yes. i see that. I’m using a youtube video. I’d like to allow a user to turn mute on and off from the front page itself without having to login or engage the admin panel. In my experience many users find autoplay annoying but do want the audio as an option.

it’d be nice to have this feature native, but this is an effective workaround:
mute button is still an issue but you can consider this one resolved 🙂

Is it possible to apply this plugin only to the front page? I plan to invite a number of users to preview some of the content before launch by sending them to direct urls inside the site. I’d prefer if they didn’t have to register or anything.

I love this plugin! I want to use audio and video in the background but have the sound default to mute. It’d be great to give users the option to turn it on or off, rather than making it start playing immediately. is this possible?
