Hello, I contact you (and I’ve just purchased again the extension support) because I built a website a few years ago with your template and everything worked perfectly. Nevertheless, since a few days, while I didn’t change anything in the code of my site, the background video doesn’t appear as before : depending on the navigator I use, either I have to right – click –> “reload frame” to load the video, or I cannot even choose to do that with Firefox or google chrome. Because I didn’t make any change on the website and because it doesn’t work any longer (I tried with several computers), what should I do ?

It is a problem in the Google Maps section. I have updated the theme and it is resolved now.
I have send you the files modified with the problem resolved. I have modified your file index.html and the file map.js. Replace them in your website please.
You need to get an API code to run the map. Everything is explained in the documentation. The API key must to be substituted the text YOUR_API_KEY in the file index.html in the line 906.

I made the changes and added an API key, but I still have to click on “reload frame” if using Mozilla Firefox, and on the contact page, I have an error message.
Do you know what I didn’t do correctly ?

There is a problem with the Google Maps API. The error says “You have exceeded your request quota for this API.”
