I have set up and tested my contact form and messages have been received.
However I am now seeing an issue where the form tells me to ‘Type the code correctly’ when I hit send, even though it has been typed exactly right.
Have you guys seen this before and if so do you know what causes it?

I’m not sure if this is directly related or not, but another issue I am seeing is that when I use my Gmail address within the contact form (as the sender), even when it sends correctly, the contact message does not get received at the target email address (recipient).
If I use my server based business email within the form (as the sender), the message comes through (to the recipient) with no problem.December 21, 2014 at 10:29 am #4136

I have checked the problem. You mean when an user send the contact form, an the next intent, the message ‘Type the code correctly’ appears always, doesn’t it?
I will update the plugin whith this problem fixed. Meanwhile, I can help you if you create a new user to me in your admin panel. It’s faster if I can see the errors on site. I have done this with other users and there were no problems. You can trust me. I only want fix this problem.

Yes exactly. I have added you as a user as requested, so you can do your thing.
Also, I am still having no luck receiving a contact messages when using Gmail.
I can submit messages okay today, but only receive messages from my server based email account, not from my Gmail.
Do you have any ideas about this please?

the problem with the code in the contact form is fixed.
About receiving emails from Gmail, what do you mean exactly? I have made a test with my Gmail account and I have received the email perfectly.

Regarding Gamil – whenever I use my Gmail address in the contact form and successfully submit it, nothing arrives to the target address. I’ve not seen this issue anywhere before and just wondered if you had any idea what could cause it?

I don’t know what happens. I have made a test in your website with my gmail address and I have received it without problems. I don’t know what the problem is. Anyway, I will continue looking for the solution.
