    Hi,

    I am trying to set up my contact form. Do you not have a video that I can follow to be able to do this as I find your instructions a bit unclear. If there is no video can you tell me where exactly I should paste these 3 pieces of code

    Under the module settings panel there are 3 fields. Mailchimp URL form, mailchimp value u, mailchimp value id. I have pasted each line in each field but when I save this I get a blank white screen with the word data; in the URL.

    Is there an easier way to get my form working.

    Hi bsugar7,

    sorry but I don’t undestand you. The mailchimp code is for the subscription form, not the contact form. Can you send me your url to check the code?

    Sorry. What I meant to explain is that on the coming soon page the contact us button is not working. When you click it nothing happens.

    Under the contact us button is another send button. When you enter your email details it does not work either.

    Also under the module settings panel in the dashboard there is a choice to have a wordpress database or mailchimp form for subcribers. Which is the best and easiest to use.

    Hi,

    I have checked your website and the ‘contact us’ button works fine. It scrolls down to the form. And the subscription form works fine too. I have added my email and sent the form.

    About the subscription option I prefer the mailchimp option because it is a great tool. There are a lot of options and you can have more control over subscribers.

    Hi,

    You said you checked my website and the form works because you sent an email. But I have not received the email and its not in my junk email box. Before I contacted you I had already tested the form and it wasn’t and dosen’t appear to be working. Can you please help resolve this?

    I also asked you before but I did not get an answer so I am asking again. I am trying to set up mailchimp. Can you tell me where exactly I should paste these 3 pieces of code

    Hi,

    have you followed the tutorial? In the page Module Setting, you have to paste the options in this way:

    About the contact form, what email provider do you use? Gmail? If you want, you can create a new user for me in your admin panel. In that way, I can check the code. I have done this with other users and there were no problems. You can trust me.

    I have checked your website. I have made changes in the code and it works fine. I have made test with my gmail account and I receive the emails.

    Hi,

    Your test email came through to me but I also tested the contact form by sending an email to myself and it does not work. I am still waiting for the email to come through???????????

    And did you get the message ‘You email has been sent’ in the website?
