Thanks for making Cian. Looks good.
We want to capture people’s first and last names when they sign up for our mailing list. i.e. we want the layout to look like this:
We want it to have three fields like this:
The names should be sent to Mailchimp just like how their e-mail address is.
How do I do this in Cian?

I can add them for you. If you want, you can create a new user to me in your admin panel. In that way, I can modify the code on site. I have done this with other users and there were no problems. Thanks, and good to know that you can do this for us. In this case, please proceed with http://www.creabox.es/topic/custom-theme-request/#post-4618, since the customized theme will require installation.
Depending on how you want to do this, after installation, we can create you an admin account so that the fields can be put in. Alternatively, you could put the fields in as a part of the customization work.
