    Hello,

    If I click “Customise Your Theme” button or go to “Appearance” then “Customise” the Live Preview is unavailable yet all the all the information is showing in sidebar.

    Why is this?

    I’d really like to use Live Preview in WordPress. Thanks

    Hi,

    Really I don’t know why it’s no possible to check the theme from the page ‘Appearance > Customize’. I’m going to find the problem and try to resolve it.

    Anyway, with the plugin WPBakery Visual Composer it is not the perfect place to modify the pages. The best way is from the edition of the pages, the option ‘Fronted editor’. And I don’t know if the plugin is supported from the ‘Customize’ page.

    Hello,

    The issue with Live Preview in Blanco 1.3 (Appearance > Customize) is unfortunately still not resolved. Please assist. Thank you.

    Thanks, I’ve got the email. I clicked the link from the email and signed in to ThemeForest.net

    • It looks as though it’s still v1.3 (which I was already using)?
    • In ThemeForest there are currently 4 Download options for Blanco:

    1) All files & documentation
    2) Installable WordPress file only
    3) License certificate & purchase (PDF)
    4) License certificate & purchase code (text)

    Which of the above should I download in order to update the theme?

    Hi,

    don’t worry about the version. It’s the same version because the update is to resolve that bug. There are not important change to upgrade the version.

    Download the first option. In the file downloaded, you can get the file blanco.zip to upload again via FTP or your website.

    After going Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme > select “blanco.zip” > click Install Now

    Then I got the following message:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    Destination folder already exists.

    /home/mattbuchananco/public_html/wp-content/themes/blanco/

    Theme installation failed.

    Any ideas of what to do now? Thanks

    You have to removed the theme and then upload the new update.
