    Hi there,

    I am trying to get the Mailchimp newsletter form to work but it just seems to say “Submitting…” and nothing happens. What could be the problem?

    Hi,

    I have reviewed your website. Try to delete the code for the other kind of subscription form. That could be cause a javascript conflict.

    You have to edit the file custom.js (folder js) and delete the code from the line 82 to 110:

    $('.success-message').hide();
...
});

    Hi,

    the main package works fine. If you upload the default file into your server, you can check if the mailchimp function works fine. You have to check the video version, where the mailchimp function is.

    Maybe, it could be an error with the json response in your server. If the default theme doesn’t work, you would have to contact with your server provider.
