The only url I can find in MC is for “general forms”. I tried adding a url form however when I test it, it just spins and does not complete.
I tried testing without mailchimp and although it looks like it completes, the emails are not captured in wordpress (users)?
I don’t understand how the Mailchimp form connects to the subscribe versus the contact us?
Please give me some guidance.

have you followed the mailchimp tutorial in the documentation?
http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/can-i-host-my-own-sign-up-forms/And the other kind of subscription, the contact form saves the email in a wordpress database. Do you get some error? Can you export the email from the page ‘module settings’?

I have located the action code, list-id, etc.
Please let me know Where these values need to go in order to capture info from the Verde Contact form.
e.g., I have the subscription form disabled and I wish to connect the contact form to Mailchimp.

Hi Mika,
from the admin panel, you have to select the page plugin ‘Module Settings’ and, in the option ‘Email Subscriptions Type’ you have to select ‘Mailchimp form’.
You can see this option in the next image:
Then you have to get your Mailchimp code from a list. You have to follow this tutorial to get the code: http://bit.ly/1d8KLxo
In the step 4, you have to copy that code and type it in the option ‘Mailchimp embedded form’, in your admin panel.You have all the information in the plugin documentation.
