Media Upload Issue

Hello I have just purchased your verde coming soon plugin
I installed it on a fresh install of WP, no theme or other plugins

I have used this plugin before with great ease but on this
specific site im having a weird issue when attempting to upload media.

When i click to upload a file I get a sign in dialog, then when i sign
in I see a wordpress dash in the window. When I go to verde in that
popup the same things happens again.

Is this a wordpress issue or something with the plugin?

I reset the database and no other plugins are installed.
do you have any idea why this is happening?

I usually get the upload media window all the other times i use
the plugin on other sites.
