    Hello!

    We are having a few video problems..

    We prefer to use Vimeo video, but it seems that no Vimeo video we use will load.. just a black screen. Any solution to this?

    Since Vimeo wasn’t working, we tried YouTube. We will use YouTube if we have too, but prefer to use Vimeo. The only problem with YouTube video is on Mobile. We know Video feature will not work on mobile and that is fine, so we have an image fallback. The problem is at the bottom left of the mobile site: a blue text appears saying “my video”.

    This problem does not occur with Vimeo option, but like I mentioned Vimeo videos will not load.

    Hi,

    in the page Verde Plugin > Options you have to type the next code in the option Custom CSS: 

    #bgndVideo{
   display: none;
}

    And about the Vimeo option I can help you. If you want, you can create a new user to me in your admin panel. It is faster if I can change the code to check the possible erros. I have done this with other users and there were no problems. You can trust me.

    Hi,

    the vimeo video is working correctly now. You had to type only the ID, not the url entirely.

    Hi there,

    The Vimeo issues are fixed (thank you) but now image fallback for mobile devices doesn’t work. Only black background on mobile. Any help would be great.
