I solved the problem: I was trying to upload it only through “Theme Settings”. I installed the classic editor pluggin and went into the configuration of the home page itself, there if I could load the logo.

I bought Blanco Creative Resume & Portfolio in Themeforest. When I install in my WordPress, I find a problem with the Portfloio logo: the images I upload dont work.
