We are trying to recreate the demo site. We followed all instructions in your documentation. However, the import on the Unities page fails with this error:

Import failed: Invalid data

All steps leading up to that point is correctly configured. Can you advise how we can correct this?

When I try to improt the theme-options.txt file I get the below errors.
