Thanks, and good to know that you can do this for us. In this case, please proceed with http://www.creabox.es/topic/custom-theme-request/#post-4618, since the customized theme will require installation.

Depending on how you want to do this, after installation, we can create you an admin account so that the fields can be put in. Alternatively, you could put the fields in as a part of the customization work.
