    Hi,
    can you please tell me how I can add fields to the contact us form?

    I wish to add a ‘How did you hear about us?’ field as well as a couple of others.

    Hi Wardy,

    the only way is to add the fields in the contact text. From the admin panel, in the page ‘Module Settings’, you can edit the ‘Text Contact’. You have wysiwyg to edit the text.
