    I am trying to install my template, but I keep getting the following error;

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function phpadd_shortcode() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/cian/sections/clients.php on line 1

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    That error has happened other times. I don’t know why but the code in that file brokes when the theme is uploading. Can you access to the admin panel?
