I have selected the Homepage (Youtube video) and in the Theme options, have configured the youtube video that I need to use.
But :-– Neither the youtube video is loading in background
– Nor, I see the navigation bar in this case.This the video that I am using :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYXzHQUkLTU&feature=youtu.be
URL from my youtube account ( https://youtu.be/lYXzHQUkLTU)I have already raised this issue before buying the theme, but seems like its existing. Please provide the resolutions.

Hi Sumit,
have you create a page with the template Background Video Youtube? And then, have you selected it in the option Front Page in the page Settings > Reading?

I did not create a new page, but for “Home” page, I have changed the template to “Background video Youtube” and used this as the page for Setttings>Reading>Front Page

that should be fine. I don’t understand why there is an error.
Can you create a new user for me in your admin panel please? In that way, I can make test and check the error. I have done this with other users and there were no problems. You can trust me.

The problem with video is resolved. But I have the other problems :-
– I am testing the responsiveness and even on small screens ie phone and tablet, the video is playing. Whereas I have selected the option to show an image on small devices.
– The Gallery section is not showing up properly, as it shows up on your site.

What is the problem with the Gallery exactly? Can you send me a screenshot please?Regards
There are 2 problems with the Gallery :-
1) In demo , on click of “Gallery”, there is a image scroll option. But I dont see it in my site. Its just showing one image at a time and no scroll bar
2) In demo, under “Video”, which I click on the images, the popup video is coming up, but in my site, only a image shows up and NO video.

- Sorry about this but I don’t understand you very well. What image scroll option do you mean? So you mean the navigation option between the images?
- When you are editing the portfolio item, do you select the video option in the top tabs?

Yes. I meant the navigation between images. So when I open one image, it opens in modal popup, then I dont have the option to scroll back or forward, like its on your demo site.
Secondly, for videos too, only an image opens in modal popup, but I dont see a video to play , like in your demo site.
Where / what I need to change for it ?

The first thing is, the Portfolio DO NOT show me the tabbed item. It just shows me the list of items that are being added.
Now, i have created a new category “Screenshots” and added 3 images in them but I still do not see the scroll option.Am I still missing something.
Hi,
if you want to view the images like a gallery, you have to select the option Gallery in the tab options, in each item portfolio you want to add to the gallery.

I have the same problem as topicstarter. Home page is selected in Settings and it’s Background Video Youtube type, but nothing happend, video does not appear. The same with Video Own, I tried .mp4 and .avi, but unsuccessfullyy.
The Image slider and Parallax works fine.
