    Hi: The video I would like to use for the background video but the video source is coming from a streaming server. Is it possible to implement this source into the Cian template video.js. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    Hi Kristin,

    yes, that is possible. Have you tried to paste the url direction? I mean, in the file video.js, change the code in the line 8 in this way:

    BV.show('http://www.website.com/video.mp4',{ambient:true});

    Yes, I did see that in the documentation. But the streaming url is different as it is a live stream of video – it looks like this sample url: rtmp://live1.host.com:1935/directory/filename.stream

    This doesn’t work in the video js file. Any help is greatly appreciated. 🙂 Thanks!

    Hi,

    sorry but I didn’t understand you the first time. Sorry but the video script doesn’t support load a streaming video. That feature doesn’t exist in this theme.
