If you want, you can create a new user to me in your admin panel. It is faster if I can change the code for testing. I have done this with other users and there were no problems. You can trust me. I only want fix this problem.Regards

I have checked the sales and you have purchased the html template. Not the WordPress plugin. The html theme is this: https://themeforest.net/item/verde-minimal-coming-soon-template/5581761, and if you want to use it in a WordPress installation you have to purchase this one: https://codecanyon.net/item/verde-responsive-wordpress-coming-soon-plugin/5925397
You can purchase the WordPress plugin and request for a refund of the html template.

ok. Sorry. If you have purchased the plugin, when you unzip the file there are two folders:
- 01 – Plugin
- 02 – Documentation
In the first folder, there are other folder called ‘verde_plugin’ and the file ‘verde_plugin.zip’. You have to upload that file.
Anyway, from the downloads page of your account, you can check the item purchased it. And as I said you, from my sales page I have checked your name in the purchase of the HTML template. I attach you an imagen to check it.
